Slick Portal is an electronic music Producer/DJ working in Denver, CO by way of NYC and NJ.
His original productions are notable for their deep, convolving bass, snappy percussion, and gruesome leads. As a fan of all genres, you never quite know what tricks he will pull out of the bag next.
Specializing in Dark Midtempo, Dubstep, and Electro House, there is an unmistakable preference for enormous saws and plucky bass - but don’t be surprised when you get soothing piano, rich pads, and thoughtful melodies.
He has played as support for VKTM at The Fox Theatre in Boulder, CO as well as support for Levity, Spuke, MZG and Baclash at the Louis the Child Red Rocks afterparty at Clubhouse Studios in Denver.
Throughout his various projects, he has played support for The Crystal Method, Kill The Noise, and The Chainsmokers as well as a whole host of local legends in both NYC and Denver.
Rumbling out venues from Atlantic City to New York including The House of Blues, Webster Hall, and Harrah’s Pool, and now all throughout Denver.
Whatever the genre, just know that Slick Portal makes it loud.

Several decades in the making
Originally from Toms River (NJ), Andrew Spedick started out as an indie acoustic songwriter, playing piano since age 6 and guitar since age 11.
During undergrad, Andrew worked with a mentor who showed him the autonomy of electronic music and the basics of working with Ableton.
Gripped by the potential, Andrew quickly self-taught sound design, mixing, and the art of becoming a DJ.
Almost 15 years later, Slick Portal is the culmination of several music projects and years of dedicated hard work.
His new works mark a new era in his songwriting and a presents a polished, professional sound that fits seamlessly alongside industry legends.
